By accessing or using VolleyTag Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VolleyTag Pro provides volleyball match analysis tools including video tagging, player statistics tracking, and court heatmap visualisations. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan is limited to 1 team and 12 players. Certain features including CSV export, heatmaps, and full efficiency stats are only available on paid plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the volleyball data you enter into VolleyTag Pro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your match data, player information, or analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

VolleyTag Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
